Due to the different processing directions and the new machine construction, the operator can control the machine on the ground. It occupies a large area, but can be integrated with an automatic production line with a gantry-type robot. The processing capacity is 20 tons and the stroke is 2000mm. It is a special machine for special automobile parts.

The servo motor can be used with the ball screw as the main power to effectively reduce the required capacity of the hydraulic tank, which can reduce the machine footprint and be more energy efficient than the original hydraulic system.

The machine is easy to operate, can be matched with special fixtures and custom broaches according to customer requirements, and can also be designed for automated production lines.
